Dear Logbook, thirty-fourth day of the fifth trip.
Well yesterday as I told you I went to my dear ship KS for analytics. Then I walked to the office to see the colleagues and have coffee with them. And later, walking to school to take the bike. Yesterday was the first day we went to school by bike. Martin went and returned on his bike. In fact the return made it only to home. He gets older the little sailor. And Gadea sitting in the transport of my bike, a little uncomfortable the poor. This weekend I will install the chair on the bike we have.
From the results of the analytical, the hemoglobin has risen minimally, but ultimately increased. And the rest very well. Much rise in neutrophils. Little by little, many values are approaching the minimum. It is a slow process. Patience and little by little they will be at the desired values.
Today has risen without clouds and with -4 degrees, something that should be normal at this time in these latitudes. The day does not arise with anything special or different from other weekends. Make the purchase and continue unpacking. The house at least seems more orderly. There is still a lot to be taken out, but little by little it will end up taking everything out. And today or tomorrow it is the turn to go running. The distance that is, as long as I feel good and little by little. I want to at least try to get 3 career sessions per week.
And for my part, I’m fine, but the discomfort in the joints is growing. By folding my fingers they bother me. As well as getting up if I’ve been sitting or lying down for a while. Side effects of crossings on the high seas. We’ll see what the doctor tells me on Wednesday. At the moment I am taking B6 and paracetamol 1g three times a day, to see if the pain is more bearable and the loss of sensation or constant tingling sensation in the fingers of the hands disappears. To try it I don’t hesitate to do it. Everything to be better.
And my Dear Diary, another day that I sincere with you. I have been writing about 130 consecutive days.
