Dear Logbook, thirteenth day of the fifth trip.
Yesterday at the end I only took the walk in the morning because in the afternoon we stayed at home. But I do not complain, because I was walking almost 11 kilometers, so we continued adding kilometers to recover as soon as possible. I still look forward to jogging or running smoothly. I start as the starting point on the day when hemoglobin reaches 120, a little below the minimum value of approximately 130 from which it could be considered that there is no longer anemia. Nor will I run again as if there was no tomorrow, because neither the mind nor the body are prepared for it. Also, before demanding more from the body than usual, I want to be sure that the heart can do it in safe conditions. Heart I only have one.
Today I will go to walk before taking the car and go shopping. Then it was time to eat out and spend the afternoon at home. Already moving day is approaching with what it is time to put the batteries to make boxes. There is less and less time left.
Physically I am still well. Little by little I will return to that normality of times gone by. That return will be slow, but it will come in a while. Meanwhile, to continue doing the exercise that can be done, because deep down it will be good to have the body ready. Of medicines, because I only take two: Bactrim and Valacyclovir. From the last one I only have about two weeks left. On January 9 last day to take it. From there, only one pill unless on January 15, Captain Palma changes the medication protocol.
And I think that for today, my dear Diary, nothing more.
